JAAQ AT WORK

When it comes to making a real difference in workplace mental health, Jaaq at Work stands out with a refreshing approach. As an extension of the broader Jaaq initiative - a free global mental health resource - Jaaq at Work provides companies with accessible, impactful wellbeing tools. Bozboz partnered with Jaaq to build a website that tells their unique story whilst providing users with access to a huge base of industry professionals and celebrity speakers from sports, media, tv and film - each with important stories and useful insights to share.

So how does Jaaq at Work work, I hear you ask? By filming bespoke content with your senior business leaders, incorporating Jaaq’s world-leading experts, and integrating with all your existing business benefits, they’ve created a platform that is driving up utilisation, and driving down wasted wellbeing spend. All underpinned by behavioural-led, analytical insights.

The Challenge

The original Jaaq at Work website, while quite cool at first glance, was somewhat lacking in terms of usability. Described as “clunky” and “laggy,” it lacked the polished, user-friendly experience that today’s workplace wellness audience expects. It also struggled to convert interest into action, with limited pathways for users to connect or learn more about Jaaq at Work’s impactful offerings.

Jaaq at Work needed a website that would reenergise the platform, showcasing their range of wellbeing tools, from wellbeing content to workplace reviews, and guiding users to engage. The team also wanted to move away from Webflow to a platform that gave them the tools to update the website with ease, while integrating new CRM and lead capture solutions to better connect with their audience.

The Approach

There were 2 key elements to this project:

  • Providing a polished design and slick user experience that aligned with the premium Jaaq at Work brand aesthetic
  • Improving the journey to conversion

We started by diving into research on the most successful SaaS (software as a service) and subscription platforms, learning how they guide users effortlessly through conversion pathways. Working closely with the Jaaq team, we mapped out an engaging, streamlined user journey that would keep visitors engaged and make it easy to take that next step.

Enhanced User Experience - With optimised pathways and carefully placed calls-to-action, the new site encourages users to connect and explore, creating a more intuitive experience.

Engaging Content Presentation - Jaaq’s video content is now a central feature, with scroll animations that invite users to learn more, bringing Jaaq’s offerings and mission into sharp focus.

CMS Control - Transitioning to WordPress and setting up hosting on WPEngine has given Jaaq’s team the flexibility to update and manage content independently, so they can keep their story fresh.

Seamless CRM Integration - By integrating HubSpot, we streamlined lead capture and nurturing, with Google Analytics 4 providing valuable insights to support ongoing improvements.

From a technical standpoint, we preserved the interactive animations familiar to Webflow, delivering a polished, dynamic user experience on WordPress.

The Outcome

The new Jaaq at Work website is visually striking and designed to convert, drawing users in with a compelling blend of storytelling and clear calls to action. Here’s what the team had to say:

“We recently completed a web design and development process with Bozboz, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Flexible, prompt with replies, and super communicative—all on top of a really polished final product. We’d absolutely work with them again.”

With HubSpot integration powering Jaaq at Work’s CRM, and a user-friendly CMS that allows them to control content effortlessly, the website is now a valuable tool in their mission to support workplace mental health. It’s a foundation that supports both their growth and the wellbeing of the many teams they serve.
